Important Information: -Comfort is Key: We understand that sitting for hair styling can be challenging for some children. While crying is okay, your child must remain seated throughout the service. If your child becomes physically uncontrollable, the service will be stopped for their safety and comfort. - Please bring the child with simply styled or free non-matted hair. If the child's hair is matted, there will be an additional charge for the detangle process. -By booking this service you agree to recordings and pictures of this service to be used by Tutus & Tennis Shoes without any further permissions or compensations. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: 1. **Children's Behavior:** - Crying: It is normal for children to cry during their appointment. Crying is generally tolerable; however, excessively loud screaming that disturbs other guests is not allowed. - Physical Behavior: Children must remain seated during their appointment. Kicking, hitting, scratching, spitting, punching, or any other form of physical harm is not tolerated. Destructive behavior, such as tearing up the salon, is also prohibited. 2. **Accompanying Guests:** - No Extra Guests: Due to the small size of our salon suite, we cannot accommodate extra guests. - Parental Presence: Some parents may be asked to leave the service area to allow the child to enjoy their appointment without distraction. 3. **Appointment Preparation:** - Time Management: Please plan to have enough time for the appointment and be patient throughout the process. - Entertainment & Snacks: Prepare and bring snacks and entertainment to keep your child occupied during the appointment. - Please bring the child with simply styled or free non-matted hair. If the child's hair is matted, there will be an additional charge for the detangle process - Bathroom Breaks: While we accommodate bathroom breaks, they should not be lengthy or frequent. 4. **Appointment Duration and Additional Charges:** - Scheduled Time: Appointment times are listed and should be adhered to as closely as possible. - Behavioral Delays: Any additional time required due to the child's behavior will be charged in 10-minute increments at a rate of $5 per increment. -By booking this service you agree to recordings and pictures of this service to be used by Tutus & Tennis Shoes without any further permissions or compensations.
